Product Description
This 75 mm concave composite PDC bit converts to 2.95 in and is positioned for offshore or directional drilling in soft, medium, and consolidated formations. The spiral, straight, inner-concave wording in the media filename describes a guided face with diamond-composite cutting elements rather than rolling cones. Review relevant uses in the offshore drilling archive and compare suitable rock in the medium formation archive.
The product record retains only features supported by the filename: a 75 size reference, concave geometry, and diamond-composite cutters. It does not claim a matrix or steel body, blade count, or API Reg connection. Check the center profile, cutter support, gauge, and actual thread before use. M433 is selected from the allowed PDC IADC codes. No bearing field is needed because the cutting structure has no roller cones. Measure the concave center after cleaning and compare the outer gauge at several points; asymmetric wear can change both hole size and the way the bit enters a directional correction.
Use 2,000–10,000 lbf/in WOB and 60–300 RPM. The permitted 250–650 gpm PDC flow range is specific to an 8.5 in reference hole, not this 2.95 in face, so the flow specification remains empty. The bit is not recommended for gravel and should not be forced through loose hard clasts. Offshore drilling concepts can be reviewed through PetroWiki. Monitor torque and cutter cleaning; if the concave face packs or chips, reduce engagement and inspect before continuing. Record any asymmetric shoulder wear by depth. Photograph the cleaned center profile.
