The 64–127 mm multi-thread series is intended for larger ballast, bench, and civil rock holes where the drill fleet may use R32, T38, T45, T51, GT60, or ST58 tooling. Its broad source range supports several rig classes, so selection begins with the exact diameter-thread pairing rather than the family image. Review the work under the construction drilling application archive and assess wear risk through the abrasive formation archive. It is not one universal bit that accepts all listed connections.
The filename supplies representative pairings from 64R32 through 127T51 and also names GT60 and ST58 systems. A heavy alloy-steel body with fixed carbide buttons is consistent with the threaded button family, but the source does not verify which gauge belongs to GT60 or ST58. Face type, button count, retrac skirt, thread shoulder, and flushing ports can change substantially across this size span. Each combination needs its own drawing. Mixing a correct diameter with the wrong thread or impact class can damage both the bit and the drill string.
Use 1,000–3,000 lbf/in of diameter and 25–60 RPM, scaled to the selected gauge and moderated during collaring. Hard and abrasive formations require systematic gauge and thread inspection because the larger face can recut material if flushing is inadequate. Record thread wear. Flow remains blank; compressor or water demand cannot be derived from diameter alone. The clear limitation is incomplete mapping between all six connection families and all listed gauges.
