This high-pressure DTH bit is source-listed at 158 mm and in a six-inch class for water-well and mine construction. The metric gauge converts to about 6.22 inches, so the two source values are close but not identical and must be reconciled against the required hole. Use the water well drilling application archive and the abrasive formation archive to frame selection. The bit is not suitable for unsupported alluvium merely because it is large.
The source names a high-pressure DTH structure and “King Kong” product wording but does not identify a standard hammer shank.
